Rates
Regular Rate
– Reception Perfection’s rate for a Friday or Saturday is $995 for up to six hours of music and includes sound and lights. The six hour block starts when your guests arrive.  I will arrive early to set up and stay late to tear down, but set-up and tear-down don’t count toward the six hour block.

Addition hours are available at $100/hr.

Corporate Rate – If your event is Sunday through Thursday, it may qualify for a discount.  Please call 931-451-0427 or email me with your event day, time, type and duration to request a quote.

Extraordinary travel – If I must travel more than 40 miles one-way to reach the event, then an additional travel fee may apply.  Those are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Booking Process
Booking Reception Perfection is easy. Check the calendar below to see if your date is available.  If it is, then complete and submit the reservation request form. I’ll reply via email to confirm your date and send you a package including a contract, a reception planning form, and more.  Your date will be reserved once I receive your signed contract and deposit. The balance is due two weeks prior to your event.

About two months before your event I’ll contact you to schedule a pre-event consultation where we can discuss your event face-to-face.
